Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PropertyAgent, the AI-powered digital twin service for estate agents, operated by Rubytech LLC(registered in Georgia). By using PropertyAgent you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

PropertyAgent is an AI-powered service that creates a digital twin of you — using your likeness and voice — to communicate with buyers and vendors on your behalf via WhatsApp and other supported channels.

2. Pilot Program

The pilot program is offered to a limited number of estate agents for evaluation purposes. Pilot participants receive:

• Digital twin setup (video and voice capture)
• WhatsApp Business integration
• 60-day trial period
• Direct support from the founding team

Pricing after the pilot will be communicated before your trial ends. Pilot participants will receive founder pricing if they continue.

3. Digital Twin Rights

You retain ownership of your likeness and voice. By using PropertyAgent, you grant us a licence to use your video and audio recordings solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf. This licence terminates when you cancel your subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

PropertyAgent is intended for legitimate business communications. You agree not to:

• Use PropertyAgent to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Misrepresent your digital twin as a real-time conversation with you
• Share your PropertyAgent account credentials with third parties

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• There is no notice period and no cancellation fees.
• After cancellation, your digital twin will be deactivated and your video/voice data deleted within 30 days.

6. Accuracy and Liability

PropertyAgent uses AI to generate responses on your behalf. While we work hard to make responses accurate and consistent with your style, we cannot guarantee that every message will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing important communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubytech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of PropertyAgent. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will give you reasonable notice via email before changes take effect. Continued use of PropertyAgent after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. For UK-based customers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
